COVID-19 Statement
Like all of you, we have been very focused on how to mitigate the effects of COVID-19 (coronavirus) for our Providers and Staff and our Patients. We are fully committed to continue providing the best possible service while keeping the health and well-being of ourselves and our community at the forefront. Our offices remain open to serve our patients but we have measures in place to protect our patients & staff
- We are providing Covid-19 Testing
- We are offering telehealth visits for non essential in-person visits
- We are slowly transitioning our staff from home to office, and are reopening the office for in-person visits based on a case-by-case basis
- We will be requiring screening at the door with temperature and symptom check
- We are unable to accommodate any visitors apart from essential caregivers on a case-by-case basis
- All patients are required to bring their own face masks to their appointment
